Enos Lane Public Utility District

The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting is TUESDAY May 21, 2024 at 6:00pm.
The agenda for April 29, 2024 is now available: Click Here

The Enos Lane Public Utility District is a small public water system that supplies water to the Calder's Corner Area on the corner of Rosedale Highway and Enos Lane.

The District is managed and operated by 5 volunteer community members who serve as the District's Board and we do not have any employees. The best way to contact us for non-emergency questions/comments/concerns, including billing questions, is through email at enoslanepud@gmail.com

If you are experiencing a water service emergency (water service has stopped, broken main service lines, etc.) please contact the Board President, Vincent Arriola, directly at (661)706-4314.

PG&E Peak Hours Chart

Did you know?

The majority of our operating cost is our monthly PG&E bill. Minimizing water usage during PG&E's peak hours is one of the best ways to help ensure we can keep up with their ever-increasing rates without continuous rate increases of our own.

California Lead and Copper Rule - Lead Line Inventory Report

The State Water Resources Control Board, through the Division of Drinking Water (DDW), enforces the California Lead and Copper Rule (CA LCR), which is aligned with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (US EPA’s) Lead and Copper Rule (LCR).  This new requirement from the state may require that representatives of the Enos Lane Public Utility District access your property to verify water line materials. The report will require that we verify materials used on both ELPUD's service lines as well as the private home-side of the connection entering the household. ELPUD WILL NOT REQUIRE, OR ASK FOR, ACCESS INSIDE YOUR HOME. We will just need access to view your side of the main connection and where the water line enters the household. An ELPUD board member will contact you if access to your property is required.

Full details on the requirements of the reporting and an overview of the California Lead and Copper Rule can be found here:
